Mr. Jordan is a shareholder at Smith Jordan, P.A. He has practiced in Easley, South Carolina for 30 years. He is devoted to providing high quality legal representation to his clients. He represents injured workers before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission. He also helps individuals with their social security disability claims. Mr. Jordan also assists individuals who have suffered abuse in a nursing home. He has experience with cases involving bed sores, misdiagnosis of serious medical conditions, and wrongful death. Mr. Jordan speaks Spanish and represents Spanish speaking clients who have been injured at work. They often are working in the construction industry and have serious injuries resulting in the inability to work.
