About William Federman
William B. Federman is the founder and managing partner of Federman & Sherwood and brings more than four decades of courtroom and appellate experience to the firm. His practice focuses on complex, high-stakes matters—including data-breach, securities-fraud, consumer-protection, and product-liability class actions—handled in federal and state courts, multidistrict litigation, arbitration forums, and even before the Supreme Court of the United States. As leader of the firm’s nationwide class-action group, Mr. Federman has served as lead counsel, co-lead counsel, or executive-committee member in hundreds of cases, recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for clients. He is recognized for both exceptional advocacy and unwavering professional integrity, holding Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent rating for ethics and legal ability. A former member of the Oklahoma County Bar Ethics Committee, Mr. Federman is also a frequent lecturer for the American Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and other legal forums.
