I have represented individuals and businesses as plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts as well as various arbitration forums in such diverse areas of law as banking and finance, labor and employment, professional liability, restrictive covenants, sale of goods, securities, trade secrets and trusts and estates. I focus my practice, however, on franchise and distribution litigation. I have represented clients in various industries, including food and beverage, preschool and daycare and tax consulting services, from the pre-complaint stage through discovery into trial.
