Wesley Fina Available Now

Wesley D. Fina is the founder of The Fina Law Firm, P.A. Prior to starting The Fina Law Firm, he worked for Schutt, Schmidt, and Noey, a civil litigation firm, handling a wide variety of civil matters and taking several cases to trial. Mr. Fina received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law in May 2012 where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and received several Book Awards for earning the highest grade in his courses. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Florida State University College of Business in 2009. Mr. Fina is a native Floridian, having grown up in North Florida. Mr. Fina is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of Florida and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Mr. Fina handles a wide variety of civil legal matters throughout the state of Florida, including personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, premises liability, commercial liability litigation, construction defect litigation, products liability, contract disputes, and insurance coverage disputes. When not practicing law, Mr. Fina spends his time with his wife and two black labradors, working on cars, volunteering, and cheering for the Noles.
