Vijay Gosalia Available Now

Vijay Gosalia is a founding member of Ortiz & Gosalia, PLLC. He currently provides legal services in the areas of tax controversy, bankruptcy and estate planning. Prior to establishing Ortiz & Gosalia, PLLC, Mr. Gosalia provided legal services as a solo practitioner at Gosalia & Associates, LLC from 2009 through June 2011. Mr. Gosalia currently serves as an attorney at the Federal Tax Clinic at the University of Washington providing pro-bono tax services to clients and has done so since 2008. In addition to being admitted to practice in the State of Washington, Mr. Gosalia is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court and the Western District of Washington. From 2006 through 2009 Mr. Gosalia worked as a contract attorney providing legal support in complex litigation cases. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Gosalia worked at Zurich Investments providing financial services to clients. Mr. Gosalia received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University with a major of Finance in 2000 where he graduated cum laude. In 2003 he received his Masters Degree in Finance from Seattle University where he focused on corporate and investment finance. In 2005 he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas with a focus in international law, and in 2010 he received his LL.M. in tax law at the University of Washington which focused on domestic tax law.
