Victor Rosenberg Available Now

Victor Rosenberg, a founding member of the firm, is also a member of its Corporate, Tax, Estate Planning, and Estate & Trust Administration practice groups. He concentrates his practice on corporate, real estate, business, estate planning, probate and tax matters and is also involved in family wealth preservation and business continuity through the establishment of charitable trusts of all types, private foundations, family partnerships and limited liability companies. Victor is active in trust reformation as well as the financing and sale of beneficial interests in trusts. He has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating business and financing transactions, including the sale and acquisition of businesses, executive compensation, reorganizations and private placement syndications. He is an experienced tax attorney who represents corporate and individual clients before the Internal Revenue Service and federal courts. Based on his years of tax practice, Victor was a national lecturer and seminar leader on numerous occasions. He also has written extensively on tax matters and was a member of the Section on Taxation of the American Bar Association. Prior to joining the firm, he was a principal in a national accounting firm and served as a lawyer with the Tax Rulings Division of the Internal Revenue Service.
