Vanessa Amador, is a Licensed Attorney, Broker, and Loan Originator with over 20 years of Real Estate experience. She began her Real Estate career in 2002 with the understanding that the purchase of a home is often one's largest and most important investment, one that should not be taken lightly. In 2007, Vanessa found herself in the foreclosure crisis where she quickly realized there was little help for homeowners. This realization compelled her to enter Law School, where she excelled and focused on those areas that protect the Homeowner. Because Vanessa came to the legal profession from Real Estate Sales, there is an appreciation and understanding of both contracts and customer service. It is paramount that her Clients are aware of the status of the case and what to reasonably expect every step of the way. Vanessa has gained vast knowledge in successful negotiations of very difficult and complex Real Estate disputes and property transfers. Vanessa excels in the courtroom defending and correcting the mistakes of the past. She also leads other caution-minded Clients through Contract settlements; Landlord/Tenant Disputes, Estate Planning, Living Trusts, and drafting Deeds so they may avoid the courtroom altogether. Prior to Real Estate Before real estate, Vanessa worked for various large corporations and government agencies, including the State of California Department of Veteran’s Affairs, the U.S. Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission, Fairfax County Department of Recreation, Teleglobe Communications Corporation, and CGI-AMS Consulting Firm. Her Executive Assistant and Human Resource experience in Legal and Regulatory Affairs, Accounting/Finance, and Telecommunications provide a great foundation for success.
