I am an experienced Colorado transactional attorney and commercial litigator with a focus on privacy and intellectual property claims. I was recently promoted to Shareholder and serve on the Ethics Committee for the Colorado Bar Association. Prior to joining the Firm, I served as General Counsel to a publicly traded intellectual property licensing company and served as Chief IP Counsel to a telecommunications company. I clerked for the Hon. Justice Alex J. Martinez (Ret.) of the Colorado Supreme Court.
