Tory Gonsalves Available Now

Attorney Gonsalves started his legal career as an Immigration Defense attorney assisting individuals facing removal from the United States of America. Attorney Gonsalves zealously advocated for his clients and argued for relief under Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and under the Convention Against Torture Act ("CAT"). Building upon that foundation, Attorney Gonsalves served as an Assistant District Attorney representing the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the prosecution of criminals for misdemeanor and felony offenses. Attorney Gonsalves ensured that victim's rights were duly enforced and that their voices were heard. Later in his career, Attorney Gonsalves expanded his practice area to include representation of corporations involved in Conservatorship, Guardianship, and Rogers proceedings. Moreover, Attorney Gonsalves represents individuals involved in family court proceedings including child support custody and divorces. In his spare time, Attorney Gonsalves volunteers at non-profit organizations by providing legal representation free of charge to individuals that cannot afford to pay for representation. Presently, Attorney Gonsalves volunteers his legal services at "WE CAN" - a nonprofit organization that assists victims of domestic violence with securing proper legal representation. Attorney Gonsalves also enjoys being involved in his community and is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
