Mr. Andre is experienced in an assortment of legal matters from litigation to transactions. He has represented institutional clients and investors in transactions and litigation and has also represented those same clients in various capacities (including plaintiff, defendant, and neutral third party). Mr. Andre’s representative matters include the representation of a leading national bank in federal court involving high-stakes litigation involving the Republic of Argentina. In addition, Mr. Andre has represented countless investors and financial institutions in high value commercial litigation throughout the state of Florida and New York.
