Tom Walker Available Now

Mr. Walker practices in the areas of Workers' Compensation, Federal Black Lung Benefits, and Personal Injury. Having worked as a paralegal at a successful civil defense firm for more than a decade prior to graduating law school, Tom has valuable hands-on experience in many facets of civil litigation. Tom is an active member of the Birmingham Bar Association. He is a graduate of the Birmingham Bar Associations’ Mentoring Program and is currently the co-chair of the Birmingham Bar Association Mentoring Committee and Program. When Tom is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Brooke, and son, Joseph. He is an active member of Liberty Crossings United Methodist Church, an active supporter of UAB Athletics, and an advisor for the Epsilon Phi Chapter of Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.
