Todd Bryant Available Now

I am the founder of The Bryant Firm and have been practicing law for more than 15 years. I established the firm in 2015 in Troy, Ohio, but am able to serve the Greater Dayton Area, as well as Western Ohio. The Bryant Firm specializes in business litigation and corporate law. My goal is to be an approachable lawyer who seeks to keep these three core values: Personal Attention, Quality Service, and Creative Solutions at the heart of my business. I have spent my legal career focused on serving business clients in Southwest Ohio. My practice has focused on resolving business disputes through negotiation, and when necessary, litigation. I also help clients in negotiating contracts and various commercial transactions. In addition, I have helped many clients in dealing with governmental regulatory agencies - including licensing, compliance, and investigations. I have represented large Fortune 500 companies, small family businesses, and everything in between. Upon graduating with honors from the University of Dayton School of Law, I worked for several years at a top-tier regional law firm. After that, I have served for five years as the General Counsel to a national franchisor operating hundreds of locations across 35 states. In this role, I have been able to mentor a number of junior attorneys in their career development. Most of my free time is spent with my wife (who is also my legal assistant) and six children - coaching and volunteering for their activities. I have also taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Dayton School of Law. I founded The Bryant Firm in 2015 to give small and medium-sized businesses in Southwest Ohio top-notch legal services at an affordable rate.
