Born Baraboo, Wisconsin in 1972. Raised on a family dairy farm in Mauston, Wisconsin. 1991 Graduate of Mauston High, Mauston, Wisconsin. Married to Lori Wollmer (Yindrick) 1992 Graduate of Aquinas High, David City, Nebraska. Two daughters, Gracyn and Ainsley. Tim gained valuable experience as a criminal prosecutor in Nebraska before joining a successful Omaha civil law firm. Tim joined Egr, Birkel & Wollmer, P.C. in 2009.
