Tim is a civil litigator and counselor with Anderson Hunter Law Firm, P.S. His practice is principally devoted to representing clients in high stakes matters concerning business, banking, real estate, employment, and complex torts. Utilizing a breadth of legal experience, Tim has successfully litigated matters in state and federal courts involving complex financing disputes, corporate governance/dissolution, constitutional law, discrimination, and unfair business practices. His real estate practice includes the representation of lenders, owners, and developers in all aspects of real property acquisition and development.
