I'm a North Carolina native and graduated from Duke University. I then attended both the University of Georgia Terry College of Business and School of Law and graduated with a joint Master of Business Administration in Finance and law degree, Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude. I'm licensed to practice in both Georgia and North Carolina. I provide general business representation to a variety of clients with emphasis in commercial real estate, business organizations and commercial transactions. My clients have included business owners, software development and licensing companies, automobile dealerships, franchisees, professional service providers, insurance agents and brokers, financial advisors, commercial real estate owners, investors, developers and builders, industrial manufacturers, and retailers. I work with my clients in business transactions as well as strategic planning for growth.
