About Timothy Horan
Attorney Horan is a 2003 graduate from New England School of Law. He is the former Chief Investigator and Prosecutor at the Division of Professional Licensure's Health Care Fraud Unit. He represents clients in the following areas of law since 2004: Family Law - Divorce, Mediation, Separate Support, Child Custody, Child Support, Guardianships, Personal Injury- Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Fall, Product Liabilities, Bankruptcy, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Employment Law and Real Estate. He is a member of the Bristol County Bar Association, and New Bedford Bar Association. He served on the Old Rochester Regional School Committee (Vice Chairman) and Board of Reflections, Inc. and has been a youth athletic coach for over 20 years. Attorney Horan provides his client's with sound legal advice and aggressive representation in an out of any courtroom. His practice philosophy is simple. His belief is to treat his clients like he would want his family members to be treated.
