Tim Bukher is a partner at Thompson Bukher LLP, leading the firm's intellectual property and internet law practice groups in support of media, technology, and digital venture matters. As outside counsel to tech and software companies, Tim's practice focuses on complex transactions involving intellectual property licensing, venture capital, digital rights, and cyberlaw/privacy regulations including HIPAA and HiTech. Tim’s firm focuses on the intersection of corporate, securities, and intellectual property law. To that end, Tim’s latest projects include JOBS Act based implementation of e-crowdsourcing as well as regulatory challenges in cryptocurrency transactions.
