Tiana Hinnant is a Disability Lawyer with over 20 years of legal experience. Growing up on a tobacco farm in eastern North Carolina has given Ms. Hinnant a keen appreciation for hard working clients who have spent years working and paying into the social security system and now find themselves unable to work and in real need of their Social Security benefits. Through the years Ms. Hinnant has represented clients in many different areas of the law, such as personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and adoption law. However, Ms. Hinnant has spent the last 7 years working exclusively in the field of Social Security Disability. She is passionate about her clients’ right to obtain their Social Security Disability benefits and has represented hundreds of claimants in hearings across North Carolina and South Carolina. Ms. Hinnant graduated summa cum laude from Barton College in 1988, with a BS degree in Communications and obtained her law degree from Wake Forest School of Law in 1991, where she served on both the Wake Forest Law Review and Moot Court Boards. She has published articles in both NC Lawyers Weekly and NC Trial Briefs on Social Security topics. Ms. Hinnant helped build a successful Social Security practice in North Carolina but decided to relocate to South Carolina and join Carolina Disability Lawyers. Ms. Hinnant has years of legal experience and she shares Mr. Hardison’s strong commitment and passion for helping sick and disabled citizens of South Carolina obtain their Social Security Disability Benefits.
