Terry Eaton is the Principal Managing Attorney at The Eaton Law Firm PLLC. He is an experienced trial attorney who handles white collar, criminal defense, civil litigation, employment counsel and mediation. Mr. Eaton handles cases in both federal and state courts. Mr. Eaton served for 5 years as a Assistant United States Attorney in Washington DC, and has handled more than 36 criminal cases, over 100 grand jury investigations as well as 26 jury trials. In 2012, the U.S. Attorney’s Office recognized Mr. Eaton's efforts with a prestigious United States Department of Justice Special Achievement Award. Mr. Eaton received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law, and received his B.A. from The University of North Carolina Charlotte.
