About Tazewell IV
Ty's practice focuses on probate and estate planning. He helps Huntsville, Alabama families navigate the process of probate and trust administration.
Ty is a former president of the Young Lawyers Section of the Huntsville/Madison County Bar Association, Treasurer of the Huntsville/Madison County Bar Association, a member of the Committee of 100, a graduate of Leadership Huntsville/Madison County - CONNECT Class 16, and a volunteer with the Huntsville Volunteer Lawyers Program and Wills for Heroes.
Ty has taught continuing legal eduction classes on estate planning, probate, creditor's rights, general bankruptcy matters, taxation of decedent estates, and Alabama sales and use taxes. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Sections on Taxation and Real Property, Probate, and Trust sections.
