I am a partner with Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP, and head up the firm's 11-member Employment and Labor Team. We are effective in assisting our clients because we broad industry focus and diverse skills. We are large enough to get the job done, yet small enough to keep it personal. My team and I help companies and organizations understand, avoid, and resolve legal issues that arise in the workplace and with employees. We provide proactive advice and counsel to businesses, and help guide their Human Resources and Risk Management strategy and efforts. We also defend employers who find themselves involved in litigation over matters such as harassment, discrimination, wage and hour or fair pay issues, Family and Medical Leave Act violations, as well as many others. We work closely with business owners, executives and human resource professionals to anticipate and resolve problems at the lowest possible level and in an cost-effectve manner.
