Sung-Min started his legal career at a plaintiffs’-side class action law firm for almost a decade, where his practice was focused on securities fraud litigation, antitrust litigation, and whistleblower (qui tam) cases. Subsequently, he joined a regional general practice for more than five years. Now, at Good Pine P.C., Sung-Min's practice centers on business law, serving companies across New York and New Jersey at all stages of their journey: - FORMATION.
