Steven Weinberger Available Now

Steve Weinberger is the Managing Director of Litigation for Kelly Law Team PLLC. He brings to the firm close to 40 years of experience representing clients in complex wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases. Steve’s early years in practice included being mentored by some of the best and most successful plaintiff’s personal injury lawyers in the country. And he has brought that training and those decades of experience with him to the Kelly Law Team and its clients. Steve is licensed to practice law in the states of Arizona and California, as well as in the federal courts of Arizona, California, and New Mexico, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also serves on the Board of Directors and the Membership Committee of the Arizona Association for Justice. In addition to these accolades, for nearly 25 years Steve has served the Maricopa County Superior Court as a panel arbitrator and is currently extending his law practice to include the role of Mediator. He has also held the position of Chair of the Arizona State Bar In-House Counsel Committee. Steve’s experience includes litigating cases around the country involving, among other things, defective products, and automobile crashworthiness. This includes handling cases against most automobile manufacturers, among them Ford, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Daimler Benz, Ferrari, Toyota, and others. He has also handled product liability cases against major tire manufacturers, such as Bridgestone/Firestone, Michelin, BF Goodrich, to name just a few. Steve, along with John Kelly and the Kelly Law Team, have collectively obtained verdicts and settlements on behalf of their clients totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.
