Steven Owens Available Now

Attorney Steven R. Owens is a fourth generation Colorado native. He earned his Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree with honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Attorney Owens received his Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Wisconsin—Madison. While attending the University of Wisconsin, Attorney Owens was the articles editor of the Wisconsin Law Review. In addition, he was a member of The Order of the Coif, a group reserved for lawyers who graduate in the top 10 percent of their class. Attorney Owens founded The Law Office of Steven R. Owens, P.C. in Sedona, Arizona in 1996. In 2002, he relocated the firm to Greenwood Village, Colorado. Mr. Owens maintains a membership with the Colorado and Arizona Bar Associations, the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, WealthCounsel, the Esperti-Peterson Institute of Sarasota, Florida, and the Southeast Denver Estate Planning Counsel. Attorney Owens has 22 years of legal experience, in which he has primarily focused on legacy planning, which consists of estate planning, business planning, retirement planning, and asset protection strategies.
