Steven J. Hart was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar Association in 1999 and to the United States District Court in 2000. He attended Johnson & Wales (B.S., honors, summa cum laude); and went on to attend Suffolk University Law School (J.D., honors, cum laude). Steven J.
