I have represented clients in a wide range of industries including health care, commercial and residential real estate development, management service companies, wholesale and distribution, hemp, commercial bakeries, construction suppliers, commercial banks, SaaS companies, and manufacturing. My services include transactional (e.g. vendor and customer contracts), corporate compliance (e.g. drafting governing documents), commercial litigation (both as defendants and plaintiffs), and restructuring (representing creditors, debtors, investors, and trustees).
