Real Estate: We handle a wide range of real estate development work including: negotiating purchase and sale agreements for buyers and sellers, obtaining entitlements for commercial and residential development through the Town of Jackson and Teton County Planning and Development process, negotiating access easements, private roads, conservation easements and encroachments. We also handle construction related matters such as negotiating contracts with architects, owners and builders for both commercial and residential projects (including AIA® contracts). In addition, we represent both landlords and tenants in commercial and residential settings. We also advise local homeowner’s associations. Stefan represented the Town of Alpine from 2007 to 2011. Ben’s practice in Boston focused on administrative law matters and this firm also assists clients with municipal and administrative law issues. Equity Advising: The firm’s corporate finance experience includes venture capital and private equity financings, representing both the funds providing the capital and the emerging-growth companies seeking funding. We have been involved in the formation, financing, merger and sales of companies. We also have experience counseling equity funds in their role as financial advisor in mergers and acquisitions. Corporate Transactional: This firm regularly counsels small to medium size companies on their growth and development and advises clients on private and governmental transactions. We also represent boards of directors, individual directors as well as members and shareholders providing general corporate advice, corporate governance and negotiating contracts for our clients including buy-sells and other exit planning. In addition, we advise a number of not-for-profit entities.
