Silas H. Shultz attended law school at the University of Arizona, where he was a member of the Board of Editors for the Arizona Law Review. After graduation in 1966, he began his practice in insurance defense, working for one of the most recognized firms in the field in the state of Arizona. Mr. Shultz handled an extraordinarily high caseload defending suits involving personal injury, product liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, property damage and other tortious acts. Mr. Shultz rose to the rank of Senior Partner in the firm and was one of its most experienced trial lawyers defending Fortune 500 companies and Arizona clients in serious cases, including complex multi-million-dollar defective product claims. The experience he gained in learning how insurance companies and manufacturers defend lawsuits has proven to be an invaluable asset in connection with his representing plaintiffs against these entities. Currently, Mr. Shultz limits his practice to personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, defective automobiles and tires, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents and medical malpractice on behalf of injured individuals.
