I founded Phoenix Law to focus on what I do best: clear, persuasive advocacy during life’s most difficult legal challenges. My practice includes: Criminal Defense – felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile Criminal Appeals – convictions, probation revocations, and drug court terminations Child Welfare Appeals – deprived adjudications and termination of parental rights Brief Writing for Attorneys – trial-level motions and appellate briefs As a former Assistant Attorney General, I handled some of the state’s most complex appeals, including criminal, habeas, and capital cases. That experience taught me that effective advocacy isn’t about theatrics—it’s about listening carefully, writing with precision, and fighting relentlessly for justice.
