Seth Smith Available Now

Born and raised in Licking County, Attorney Seth Smith earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He went on to graduate from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina. On return to Ohio, Seth interned in the Licking County Prosecutor’s Office where he discovered his passion was actually for criminal defense. Since pursuing private practice, Seth has represented numerous clients charged with felonies, misdemeanors and federal crimes. Seth also regularly practices in Franklin County Domestic Relations and Licking County Domestic Relations court representing clients in complicated custody battles, divorces, and other family issues. Seth is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and enjoys training in his free time along with spending time with his wife and children.
