Seth Peritz Available Now

Attorney Seth Peritz has been a practicing Criminal Defense Attorney since 2016. Moving to the Northern Virginia Area after graduating from prestigious William and Mary Law School, he began his career working in a highly sought-after position with the Loudoun County Public Defender’s Office. In 2017, he left to become a private Criminal Defense Attorney at a small criminal defense and immigration firm. While representing criminal defendants on all types of charges, many of whom were noncitizen immigrants, he learned the importance of taking a holistic approach to representation, including understanding a client’s background, career, goals, family, community, and how a criminal charge impacts them individually. In 2018, Matthew Crowley recruited Seth to work at a firm where he was the then Managing Partner of the Criminal Division. Seth began as an associate and quickly became the firm’s youngest Senior Attorney and a rising star. Seth exclusively represented clients in criminal defense cases, focusing mainly on DWI/DUI defense, drug cases, theft cases, domestic violence cases, and violent crimes. In 2020, Matthew and Seth began Crowley Peritz Law. This allows them to represent fewer clients and focus on each case even more effectively. Seth genuinely enjoys working with each of his clients and getting to understand their goals. Seth’s sincere interest shows up not just in his courtroom results but in how much his clients like him and make personal referrals to him.
