Scott Kilpatrick Available Now

Mr. Kilpatrick is a member of the Rhode Island and Massachusetts Bar Associations and sits on the Rhode Island Federal Bench/Bar Committee. He is also a member of the Federal Bar Association, where he serves as the current President of the Rhode Island Chapter. He is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Rhode Island Association for Justice, where he serves on the Board of Governors. Mr. Kilpatrick is also a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association, and has been a featured speaker for the National Business Institute and the Rhode Island Bar Association on issues such as Trial Evidence in Federal and State Courts, Trial Practice and ERISA Insurance Litigation. He is also a contributing author to the last three editions of the American Bar Association’s book ERISA Survey of Federal Circuits.
