I am a family law attorney with a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis School of Law, which I obtained in 2010. I am a member of several prestigious legal associations, including the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Memphis Bar Association, and the Memphis Collaborative Alliance. My legal practice is primarily centered around divorce, wills and estates, and mediation, though I am highly skilled and passionate about all areas of family law. I am a Rule 31 Family Law Mediator and have received training in collaborative law, which has equipped me with a deep appreciation for the importance of peace and compromise in legal disputes. As a seasoned litigator, I possess the knowledge and ability to effectively use this approach when appropriate. As an estate planning attorney, I enjoy helping individuals and families make important decisions now in order avoid unnecessary pain and conflict tomorrow and strive to ensure their loved ones are provided for and their final wishes are honored. I am admitted to practice law in all Tennessee trial courts, the US District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and the Tennessee Supreme Court. My training and experience have prepared me to handle the complexities of family law and estate planning with a balanced approach, ensuring that I can meet the needs of my clients effectively.
