Sarah Schielke Available Now

Sarah Schielke was born and raised in Rochester, New York. She attended Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont where she received a bachelor of arts (B.A.) in Psychology and graduated magna cum laude. Sarah then went on to law school at the Boston University School of Law on a full academic merit scholarship. There, Sarah was the Managing Editor of the Boston University Law Review. While in law school, Sarah studied under the tutelage of famed race & criminal law professor Tracey Maclin, who opened Sarah’s eyes to the truly broken state of the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Amendment rights in our criminal justice system, particularly with respect to minorities, and inspired her to fight for better justice. After law school, Sarah packed up her bags, rounded up her dogs, and moved out to Colorado where she opened her own criminal defense law practice. Through her work, Sarah Schielke imposes accountability on law enforcement and state prosecutors on behalf of community citizens who otherwise could not. Sarah fights for the underdog. And she fights hard. Because everyone deserves better justice than what this criminal justice system is willing to give them. When Sarah imposes leisure time on herself, she likes to spend it with her husband, their two kids, and their pack of four incredible dogs: Griffin, Raven-Symone, Luis Guzman and Michelle Kwan. One of Sarah’s favorite free time activities, however, is going to Phish shows. Sarah is a permanently traumatized Buffalo Bills fan. She also plays soccer, basketball and piano – although typically not at the same time.
