I’m Samantha, but most people call me “Sam.” I’m the founder of Law Mom, where my team and I work to help families avoid the chaos that can follow the death or disability of a loved one. My path to estate planning is rooted in a personal experience. In 2019, after the birth of my first son, I came dangerously close to losing my life. At the time, I had no plan in place to protect my son or my family, and that realization changed everything for me. Grateful for a second chance, I made it my mission to help other families prepare for the unexpected and secure their children’s futures and legacies. Over the years, I’ve been honored to receive recognition for my work, including: - Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2022 to 2025 (an honor given to just 2.5% of attorneys in Massachusetts) - Best of South Shore Law Firm Winner - Multiple Readers’ Choice Awards - Being named one of the Best Attorneys by *Boston Magazine* - Becoming a published author, where I share my story and legal insights to empower families. Outside of my legal work, I’m passionate about raising awareness for Type 1 Diabetes, a cause close to my heart because of my oldest son, who lives with the condition. I’m also a lifelong animal lover, an active supporter of my community, and, most importantly, a mom who treasures adventures with my two boys and their grandparents, affectionately known as Lolli and Pops. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me renovating homes with my husband or advocating for causes that matter deeply to me. At Law Mom, we create wills and trusts without any confusing legal jargon, helping you design a plan that gives you peace of mind about what you leave behind and how.
