RPS Legal Solutions is a legal consulting firm, specializing in legal advisory services for small and mid-size businesses. We provide legal auditing, litigation management and general counsel services for a variety of businesses. We also serve as a liaison between you and your existing representation. We handle your companyâs legal issues so that you can get back to the business of running yours. RPS Legal Solutions was founded by managing member, Rupali Patel Shah. Ms. Shah received her JD from The George Washington University School of Law. She is also a graduate of Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, with an undergraduate degree in finance and international business. She is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as several federal courts. A former litigator, Ms. Shah has experience in insurance defense and coverage work, bad faith defense, products liability litigation, entity formation, general business counseling, financial restructuring and commercial litigation. A second-generation hotelier, she is a shareholder of a mid-size hotel in Central Pennsylvania, an active member of the Asian American Hotel Owners' Association (AAHOA) and a regular presenter on commercial liability and risk management issues for the hotel industry. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, affiliated with NOLO.com, part of the South Asian Bar Association, a sponsor of the Dunkin' Donuts Independent Franchisee Organization and involved with various minority-centered chambers of commerce and representational merchant organizations.
