Rrita Osmani Available Now

Rrita Osmani is an Associate in the Chester office of Miller Shah LLP. She earned her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served as a fellow with the Monroe H. Freedman Institute for the Study of Legal Ethics and worked as a student attorney in the Law Reform Advocacy Clinic. During law school, she also interned with the National Labor Relations Board, Regional Office 29, in Brooklyn, New York. Rrita holds a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations, where she was a member of the Cornell Speech and Debate Society. She is fluent in Albanian and proficient in Spanish. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, with emphasis on whistleblower matters and ERISA litigation.
