Ross Stomel Available Now

I am Ross Stomel, a Senior Partner at Shrader & Associates, L.L.P., where I lead the firm’s asbestos department. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and my law degree from South Texas College of Law, graduating cum laude. During my time there, I served as Assistant Editor-in-Chief of the South Texas Law Review. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving as lead counsel on cases that have resulted in over 500 million dollars in verdicts and settlements nationwide. My practice focuses on high-stakes litigation, and I have represented clients in cases involving products liability, premises liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and complex mass torts. I have litigated cases across the country and am licensed to practice in all Texas State Courts, all Illinois State Courts, all Missouri State Courts, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. In addition to my legal work, I serve on the Executive Committee of the National Trial Lawyers Association and the Board of Directors for the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. I am also a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice. I am often invited to speak at events across the country, addressing both plaintiff and defense lawyers on a variety of legal topics.
