A mother of two, Rose understands how critical it is for parents to have a plan in place for their children's care in case of an unexpected event. She founded Whelan Law PLLC to address this need. Rose began her legal career representing corporate clients in big law where she developed a passion for providing exceptional client service and her dedication to excellence that she brings to her estate planning practice. Rose received an LLM (advanced law degree) in Estate Planning and Elder Law from Western New England University and previously received her JD from Boston College Law School. Rose is licensed to practice in Washington, DC and Massachusetts.
