Ronald Wilt Available Now

Attorney Ronald Wilt is the managing partner of Wilt Injury Lawyers. After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree from Earlham College, Mr. Wilt went on to receive a Doctoral Fellowship from Vanderbilt University, where he planned to study Physiological Psychology. But once he realized that his passion for teaching complex scientific ideas and interest in the law could be combined by focusing on medical malpractice, he went on to instead earn his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. When he first started his practice, it began as a boutique criminal defense practice that transformed over the years into a personal injury law firm that focuses almost exclusively on nursing home abuse, medical malpractice, birth injuries, and medical device litigation. Attorney Wilt has spent more than thirty years handling hundreds of medical malpractice cases from inception to closing; as lead counsel, he has won dozens of jury verdicts in catastrophic cases and defended those verdicts on appeal; he has successfully handled cases involving a multitude of medical issues such as birth injuries resulting in brain damage and brachial plexus palsies, wrongful death, medical and radiological misdiagnosis, and surgical misadventures resulting in death and paralysis. Attorney Wilt is licensed to practice in Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio. When he isn’t at the office, in court, or with clients, he spends his spare time hunting, hiking, fishing, or coaching his son’s travel baseball team. Mr Wilt also enjoys studying ancient Greek history, reading historical biographies, and anything science-related.
