Ronald Weiner Available Now

Ron Weiner represents consumers in their claims against large corporations and insurance companies. He is a devoted advocate who assures that his clients have the same legal firepower as their opponents. Ron received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1983. He received his law degree from Syracuse University College of Law in 1987. Ron then became an assistant prosecuting attorney for Macomb County. He has represented plaintiffs in many personal injury cases for more than 30 years. Ron has also authored articles and presented seminars. Annually, he co-moderates the Michigan Association for Justice’s Seminar in the Snow in Northern Michigan. Ron has also guest lectured at local law schools on healthcare law and trial advocacy. He is a case evaluator in Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne Counties and an arbitrator for attorneys in southeastern Michigan. Ron is a veteran board member of the Michigan Association for Justice. He has also been inducted into the American Board of Trial Advocates. To gain membership in this prestigious organization, one must maintain civility and integrity in law practice while gaining extensive experience trying jury cases. He is a member of the United States District Court Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, Macomb County Bar Association, and American Association for Justice. Ron is also a member and past chair of the Circuit Court Committee and Case Evaluation Committee in Oakland County. Ron also serves as a hearing panelist for the Attorney Discipline Board. Outside of the courtroom, Ron is a board member and past president of Gilda’s Club of Metro Detroit. This is an organization very dear to him, having lost several family members to cancer. Gilda’s Club provides programs, education, and a warm venue for cancer patients and their families to ensure that no one faces cancer alone.
