Ronald advises employers across a wide range of workplace matters, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. With substantial experience in employment litigation, he has achieved numerous favorable results—including summary judgments, dismissals, and advantageous settlements—that have helped clients avoid costly trials and reputational risks. In addition to litigation, Ronald partners with employers to develop legally sound, operationally effective workplace policies and employee handbooks that reduce risk while promoting a fair and inclusive workplace environment. He has also served as an independent investigator and fact-finder in high-stakes cases involving workplace misconduct. Before transitioning to private practice, Ronald spent several years in senior HR leadership at a large transportation company, where he gained firsthand knowledge of the strategic decision-making and operational pressures faced by employers as well as the varied workplace issues experienced by employees.
