Robert Walker Available Now

Robert (R.J.) Walker was born in Laramie and is a second generation Wyoming attorney. Upon graduating from Cheyenne Central High School in 2000, Robert completed a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Robert is fluent in Portuguese and can understand and speak some Spanish. Robert joined Hickey & Evans, LLP in the fall of 2010 where he primarily represented clients in the areas of personal injury, estate planning, probate, general civil litigation, business transactions, insurance defense, employment law, and appellate practice. Robert regularly appeared before state and federal courts throughout Wyoming, has successfully argued before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals on multiple occasions, and has resolved numerous cases through the use of mediation and arbitration. Robert enjoys learning about and practicing in areas still developing within the law, such as blockchain technologies and decentralized autonomous organizations. In February of 2023, Robert became a founding member of Walker Law with his father, John. Robert enjoys spending his free time reading, practicing Brazilian jiu jitsu, going to the gym, renovating his home, working in the yard, serving in his church, camping, fishing, hunting, and especially traveling with his family. He and his wife, Teila, were married in 2005 and they have five children – Mylee, Johnny, Bridger, Brielle, and Wit.
