About Robert Usry
Iโm Robert Usry, and since beginning my legal career in 2001, Iโve dedicated myself to helping people whoโve been injured due to someone elseโs negligence or while on the job, as well as defending individuals facing criminal charges, including DUI. Over the years, Iโve tried numerous cases to jury verdicts, ranging from car accidents and residential construction disputes to assault and battery with intent to kill, and DUIs. Iโve also handled several workersโ compensation hearings.
Iโve had the privilege of serving as an elected leader within the legal community, including two terms on the board of directors for the state criminal defense lawyers association and as chairman of the personal injury and insurance committee of the South Carolina Bar.
What I value most about being a lawyer is the opportunity to be a voice for people who might not otherwise have one. I take great pride in the individuals I help and the causes I represent.
Notable Achievements: Robert Usry of Holland & Usry has earned recognition as a Top 100 Lawyer In South Carolina by the National Trial Lawyers, as a Distinguished Peer Rated Attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, and has an Avvo 5 out of 5 Client Rating.
