Robert Buccieri Available Now

Rob is a Partner and Chair of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group and a member of its Professional Responsibility and Risk Management Practice Group. His practice focuses on guiding clients through complex commercial and business litigation, whether that is negotiating the best resolution or taking the case to trial. He has a wealth of experience in complex litigation including, commercial, corporate, real estate, construction, financial services and professional liability. In the past 20 years he has been the trusted advisor of companies and professionals from a multitude of disciplines including architects, engineers, contractors, real estate brokers, insurance brokers, financial service providers and lawyers. Rob has litigated matters in state and federal courts as well as administrative tribunals including state licensing boards and FINRA. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States Supreme Court and federal courts in Northern California and Colorado. He regularly speaks and presents topics pertaining to indemnity, risk management and dispute avoidance ranging from professional responsibility to financial services compliance. Rob has an active practice serving as a mediator and arbitrator and serves as a panel arbitrator for FINRA. Prior to law school, Rob was a successful entrepreneur and licensed broker for Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining VLP, Rob practiced at Long & Levit LLP in San Francisco and founded a law firm representing professionals.
