Robert Banas Available Now

I am a Plaintiff's attorney with the law firm of Eichen Crutchlow Zaslow, LLP, and represent individuals in matters involving personal injury and wrongful death. I achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Minor in Law, Politics and Philosophy, from The College of New Jersey. Additionally, I achieved a Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law – Camden. I started my career as a defense attorney defending large hospital systems before representing victims of injustice, which has given me a unique perspective and an advantage over other attorneys. In my career, I have been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star as both a defense attorney and now a plaintiff's attorney. I have also been published in the New Jersey Law Journal.
