Aggressive, but now partially retired trial lawyer who covers is willing to cover but prefers to consult with other attorneys regarding cases in Montgomery, Frederick, and Howard Counties in District Court and Circuit Court. Current Emeritus member of National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, NACDL, Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, plus Maryland State and Montgomery County Bar Associations, where he was formerly a frequent lecturer. Most recently taught other lawyers about DUI practice in a County Bar CLE; admitted to Maryland Bar, 1968, Maryland Federal U.S. District Court, 1969, and Supreme Court, 1974. Frequently a solo, and willing to consult with active attorneys.
