I have been a plaintiff's lawyer for 20 years. I was claims adjuster prior to attending law school. I have over 30 years of insurance claims experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish). At MedranoStruck Law we represent those who have been hurt or injured due to others negligent conduct. Currently, part of my practice also includes acting as a mediator and serving as a Guardian ad Litem for personal injury cases. I am a candidate to complete my LLM in ADR from Pepperdine Straus Law School. I have completed well over 500 mediations involving all types of civil litigation including tort, contract, property (real and personal) collections, etc.
