Randy Ebersbach Available Now

Randy J. Ebersbach has focused on catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases for over 30 years. His careful, thorough legal representation has obtained millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts throughout Georgia and the southeastern United States, including a $7.25 million verdict with firm partner Brian Lewis in Coweta County, which is believed to be the largest injury (non-wrongful death) verdict in Coweta County history. Community is important to Randy and he volunteers his time and resources to our local organizations including The Boy Scouts of America Flint River Council, Habitat for Humanity, CASA, and other local non-profit organizations supported by our Coweta Community Foundation. Randy also enjoys serving as a volunteer judge for regional and district high school mock trial competitions. Randy has previously served as a City Attorney and Judge for a town in Coweta County.
