Ms. Sirlin has practiced family law for almost 27 years. Having worked with a Certified Family Law Specialist, she began drafting Family Law Appeals and complex motions during 2003. She has a unique perspective regarding family law, in that she experienced a very contentious "custody battle" as a child, which spanned many years. Ms. Sirlin's practice consists of some family law litigation (trials) but her main focus consists of family law post-trial motions and family law appeals. It is important to know that the judge's orders may not be the end of the line. Ms. Sirlin is also trained as a Family Law Mediator and received her Certification of Training in Collaborative Divorce. While all of her current practice consists of family law matters, Ms. Sirlin has substantial experience in criminal defense law, as well.
